1. Make sure the FRONT license plate bracket is secure to the bumper.
2. Mount the Carprop to the lowest screw holes on the license plate.
3. The Carprop mounting holes are off set from center, keeping it at its lowest position away from the plate numbers.
4. If you have renewal sticker tags on the FRONT plate,  use the two brackets supplied to lower the CARPROP away from your tag stickers.
5. Use either the two #12 sheet metal screws, and or the nuts & bolts supplied with the Carprop.
